Amara Estate develops villas in Bali. We buy the land, structure the investment and run each project from permit to handover. Construction is handled by JDH Design & Build, an Australian-led builder with more than 20 years in the trade.
Once a villa is ready, Desa Properties takes it to buyers through 600+ active listings and an international network. Desa Management then runs it day to day, as it already does for more than 60 villas across Bali. For investors, that means one group answers for the project at every stage.
